Each week of our Dr. Sears' Wellness Institute based program will lead you on your journey to total transformation!

  • Weeks 7 and 8: THINK WELLNESS

Many diets and health programs are complex or utilize extreme forms of diet that cannot be sustained for long periods of time. Our program is designed to help you implement changes in your life that YOU CAN STICK TO!

There is no counting calories, carbs, fats or anything else. This program will work with almost any diet or food sensitivities. It is a simple method of determine how healthy your food is by looking at your plate.

Along the way, we will look at your exercise habits and any thought patterns that might be preventing you from finding the success you desire.

Tuition is $150 for all eight weeks.
