Hello Dear Friends!

We appreciate all of the WONDERFUL instructors who are teaching at our Academy for Personal Development. Over the next few months, we will be highlighting each one of them. This week, we would like you to meet one of our yoga instructors: TERRY TALBOT. Terry teaches her gentle yoga class every Tuesday and Thursday morning from 9 to 10AM.

Here’s what Terry says about her class:

“Yoga is a time-honored system for engendering a sense of vitality, well-being, and peace.  My classes are small (maximum about 8 people) and no experience is necessary.
